New Year's Intention


Every New Year the people used to make fantastic intention to be carried out during the whole year in order to have a good and healthy life. I wonder how many of them are forgotten straight away when Christmas is finished and how many are done and for how long.

Some of them are, for example:

  • Lose Weight and Get Fit
  • Quit Smoking
  • Learn Something New
  • Eat Healthier and Diet
  • Get Out of Debt and Save Money
  • Spend More Time with Family
  • Travel to New Places
  • Be Less Stressed
  • Volunteer
  • Drink Less
