Christmas Card

Now that this wonderful time of the year is coming, CHRISTMAS!!, you can wish your family and friends in a special way a super Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 

You have to create your own Voki going to this link. You will choose a character, customize it and then think of the message you want the voki to say. 

Send me the links of the voki you create to my email, so I can correct if you have any mistakes.

Collaborative story

Let's write a story. 

I have already written the beginning of the story. From there, one or more events will take place, which will complicate the story and then we will get to the end, happy or not. The story can also end up with a conclusion that involves learning. 

In this task we all cooperate to make the story and write each part of it, considering what has been explained above.

I have created a shared Google Drive document for everyone involved in the story (when you write your part of the story, please write also your name in brackets). 

The deadline for completing the stories will be Monday, the 15th of December.

Hello there, 

Your next trip to Santiago is just round the corner, and I hope you are ready to take part in the huge amount of feelings you are going to experience.

British vs American English pronunciation

Did you know there is a huge difference between the American English and British English?

Normally, teachers in Spain used to teach British English and the listenings we used to learn from are in British English as well. For that reason, we are normally accustomed to British pronounciation. 

Here is a video of two people, one from Britain and the othe one from the U.S.A.

I want you to watch it as many times as you want in order to be able to understand what they are saying. Once you get it, I want you to tweet with #BritishVSAmerican and tell which accent you prefer and why.
